Three illustrations showing the grinding mechanism of the Azenha de Santa Cruz, a 15th century cereal mill powered by hydraulic energy. 

This illustration was presented at the "XVI Jornadas Internacionales de Patrimonio Industrial de INCUNA 2014" and is included in the paper entitled Brindging Heritage and Art: A scientific illustration approach to watermills.
